Almost 74% decoded audio today. Around 1310 UTC the label read "Hindi" but it was some kind of Chinese. After a while this turned into a 1000 Hz test tone. The second channel sounded very nasal and the audio was very quiet. I could not understand what language this was supposed to be even though the text message said "Vividh Bharati".
